On Monday morning 29/11/2021, the President of the University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, visited the College of Arts and was briefed on the progress in the college’s new building, and he was accompanied by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Majid Abdul Hameed Al Kaabi, and the resident engineer, Mr. Ammar Ali Nasser. He stressed the necessity to complete the work on time, promising to overcome the difficulties that prevent this from being achieved.
